Sales & Partner Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop the Sales & Partner enablement discipline at [Company]. Own planning, development, delivery, and optimization of enablement programs to ensure sales and partner effectiveness.
  • Package, present, and align deliverables including training programs, ROI calculators, diagnostic tools, sales playbooks, sales asset management systems, and more with specific stages of the sales process.
  • Create strong working relationships with senior leaders within the Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Account Management teams. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align sales training and related content. 
  • Identify success trends and key wins; and translate those to success stories for learners. Educate new sales teams on key successes, selling strategies, lessons learned, and unique value propositions
  • Continually evaluate the needs of the sales organization relative to the Enterprise Solutions Executive development needs; and provide feedback to the Sales Enablement organization.
  • Facilitate sales training programs with motivational, high-impact style and personal presence.
  • Help in ongoing design, development, and implementation of New Hire, Product -focused and sales methodology training programs
  • Design, develop & implement ongoing Account Development Manager training based on assessed needs of the group.
  • Assist in efforts to monitor and measure training and development program effectiveness based on new hire evaluations, quarterly surveys, retention statistics, and regular feedback from participants and leaders

Experience

  • 5-7 years experience in developing curriculum, content, and resources for effective enterprise-level sales and partner training and enablement.
  • Proven project management skills, including a track record of managing projects from concept to completion.
  • Experience with LMS, CMS, metrics development, and reporting.
  • Competencies include excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills.
